CHARLES J KROEGER
The founder and president of Flexible Benefit Administrators. He has over 30 years of insurance experience as a business owner and licensed agent.
LUANN KROEGER
Office Manager. She is responsible for all the operations and logistics of the business. She has worked for over 20 years with the company.
JUSTIN KROEGER
Associate Partner and licensed agent. He is responsible for sales and marketing to new clients and the retention of existing clients. He has over 10 years of professional experience.
Our Business
Charles J. Kroeger started Flexible Benefit Administrators and Woodmen Accident and Life of Glencoe in 1981 in the basement of his home. He traveled around the state speaking to clients and building his business while still having to administer handwritten claims at home. As the years past and the business grew, Chuck moved the business to its current location in Glencoe and hired his wife LuAnn to conduct the administrative work and manage the office.
Twenty years later, the office still runs out of that location in Glencoe with Chuck and Lu at the helm. Many of those clients that came aboard in the early stages of the business are still the same clients that we service today. While other companies experience regular turnover every three to five years with many of their customers, Flexible Benefit Administrators has held over 90% of its current client base for over 10 years. This is a true testament to the level of integrity and service that the company provides. It's nice to know that in a changing environment over these many years, some things remain stable and reliable.
Flexible Benefit Administrators is as determined as ever to providing the highest level of service to their customers. In order to better serve their growing client base, Chuck and Lu partnered their son Justin to assist in the family business. He brings several years of professional experience to the company as well as the familiar Kroeger work ethic and attitude that have allowed Flexible Benefit Administrators to prosper and grow to the degree that it has.
The business is firmly committed to the retention of its current client base and is also looking to branching out to all areas of the state to provide its insurance products and financial services.
